At montanachrome.com, every print is made-to-order through our fulfillment imaging partner. Because each piece is custom-printed, all sales are final. Please review the details below.
1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check your order details, print sizes, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@montanachrome.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/issue.

Once reviewed and the damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement. Refunds are issued only at our discretion if a replacement cannot be provided.
3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to track it down.

If the package cannot be recovered, we will provide a replacement print.
4. Color & Print Variations

Please note that colors may vary slightly between digital previews and physical prints due to screen calibration and print processes.

These variations are not considered defects and will not qualify for replacement or refund.
5. Final Sale Items

All prints are considered final sale. Refunds will not be issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing chosen, or delays outside our control (carrier delays, customs, etc.).
